ALTERATIONS & DECORATIONS:

Prior to starting any decoration or alteration, the unit owner must contact the on-site management office.

EFFECTIVE APRIL 22, 2010:

All firms performing renovation, repair or painting work that disturbs painted surfaces of more than six square feet/room and all instances of demolition MUST be an EPA certified renovation firm AND said certification MUST be on file with the on-site office prior to the start of any work.

Firms MUST have one or more "Certified Renovators" assigned to each job.
