Recreation Room
Our beautiful Recreation Room is located on the 22nd Floor of our building and it is WIFI ready!
Residents can enjoy a commanding view to the North, overlooking New York's fabulous Central Park and other picturesque landmarks, during their exercise workout
The Recreation Room is equipped with a treadmill, cross-trainer, recumbent bike, rowing machine, a rack of free weights (dumbbells), weight sticks, an exercise ball, an exercise bench, and exercise mats.
The room is was constructed with with soft rubber flooring throughout, to help prevent injury and to reduce the transmission of noise.
The Recreation Room is open daily between the hours of 5:30AM and 11:00PM.
Residents must complete a Rules, Regulations and Waiver form prior to using the facility. Theses forms are available on this web site or at the Concierge Desk.
To also make your exercise experience more pleasant, the Recreation Room is equipped with two flat screen televisions, a water cooler and gym wipes.

Bicycle Storage Room
If you're a resident who enjoys bicycle
riding in Central Park, we have a place for your bicycle - our Bicycle Storage
Room...
Located on the "C3" level of our building, our Porter Staff will be happy to lift your bicycle up for storage or take it down for use.
Do your tires need some air? No problem. The room is equipped with an electric - powered, pressure - regulated bicycle tire pump!
Space is limited, so contact the Management Office for availability.
US Postage Stamp
How many buildings do you know that have their own postage stamp?
For a limited time, residents were able to add that extra “touch of class” to their outgoing domestic mail by gracing their envelopes with a special postage stamp carrying a color photograph of our building!
